Bill Godfrey

1950 ~ 2020

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our beloved Dad, Papa, Brother and friend, Bill Godfrey, who passed away at his home in Seven Sisters Falls on March 5, 2020 at the age of 69.

He is predeceased by his wife, Joan and his parents Peggy and Don.

He will be lovingly remembered by his children Shanna and Jay; his grandchildren Rylee, Braeden, Delaynee, Brody, Dylynn and Keira.

He is survived by his siblings: Margaret (Larry) Milian, Don (Judy), Bob (Elaine), David (Janice), Charlene (Kevin) Kinkead, Coco (Dennis) Walker, Peter, and Cam (Joanne).  In addition he will be missed by his sidekick, his faithful dog Jake.

Bill was raised in Eriksdale.  Bill was happiest when he was tinkering in his garage and being a smart ass.  He liked the outdoors and loved hunting and fishing and going to garage sales.

Many thanks to the EMS for all their efforts and compassion, and also to Sobering Funeral Chapel.

A celebration of Bill’s life will take place at a later date and he will be interned at the Eriksdale Cemetery.
