Dolores Bernice Adolph

April 15, 1939 — June 15, 2016

April 15, 1939 ~ June 15, 2016

Dolores passed away at Seven Oaks Hospital following a short struggle with cancer.

Left to remember her are her special cousins (Linda and Trudy) and special friend (Gertie) all of British Columbia, her sister-in-law Linda (Wayne) and their family, special friend Doreen (Bernie), neighbours, friends, relatives and especially the coffee gang.  She was predeceased by her parents Arthur and Olga (nee Draward) and by her longtime friend, Jack Zielke, the love of her life.

Dolores attended school in Lydiatt, MB and the Victory School in Winnipeg.  She worked in the garment industry for many years.  Following the closure of Monarch Wear, she worked for Winnipeg Free Press for 9 years.  Dolores was a talented accordion player, loved cars, and above all, her dogs.  She was a kind and gentle person.

A graveside service will be held in the Beausejour Town Cemetery on Monday, June 20 at 1:00 p.m.
