Kenneth Thomas Seymour

May 31, 1978 — August 31, 2024

It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of our son, brother, uncle, great-uncle and friend, Ken Seymour, on Saturday, August 31, 2024.

He is survived by his mom Norma, dad Allan, sisters Bryna (Claude), Shannon (Dale) and Amber (Denis), close friend Shirley Langan, nieces and nephews Taylor, Brayden, Brittany, Teagan and Rylee, many great nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his biological father Kenneth Seymour and niece Kelsee Schewe.

Ken was a loving and giving person who would give the shirt off his back to anyone and everyone he knew. He had an unbreakable bond with his mom, spending countless hours together enjoying each other’s company. Ken felt blessed to have Allan take him as his own son. Allan always insisted on Ken accompanying him on all his adventures to town, even though Ken was reluctant at times. He lovingly called all 3 sisters “sweet cheeks”, even when he was trying to calm them down. Ken’s warm heart and caring nature extended not only to his family but his beloved dogs Tommy and Nell who brought him immense joy.

A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, September 18 at 1:00 p.m. at Sobering Funeral Chapel, 1035 Park Avenue E., Beausejour with interment to follow in Beausejour Town Cemetery.

Honorary pallbearers are Denis Brown, Dale Ferguson, Claude Vivier and Glen Wallace.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Epilepsy and Seizure Association of Manitoba or Heart & Stroke Foundation of Manitoba.

Gone but never forgotten,

And as Ken would say,

“Whoopty ding dong do!”
