Patricia Middleton

It is with broken hearts we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend, Patricia Middleton, aged 88 years, on Sunday, April 28, 2024 at Selkirk Hospital.

She was predeceased by her Husband Bryan in 2006.

She will be lovingly remembered by her family: Lee (Wendy) and their children Danika and Kealan; Ross (Corinne) and their children Jessica (Tristian) and Grace; Todd (Liana) and their children Chantel (Kyle), Daniel (Erin), and Jordan; Catherine (Francois) and their children Benjamin (Florence) and Pascale; two great grandchildren Dalhia and Reyn, as well as her two brothers Hugh and Danny and extended family in England.

Mom was a woman of great purpose.  She was a gymnastic coach for most of her life, teaching fitness into her 80’s.  Mom was a recipient of the Governor General Award.  She loved her family and singing in the choir.  She spent many cherished moments enjoying precious times with her family and grandchildren, taking in the simple things in life such as enjoying a walk to see the ducks.

A special thank you to all the doctors and staff at Selkirk Hospital for the care and compassion they showed toward our mom.

As per Patricia’s request, cremation has taken place and a private interment will be held.

In lieu of flowers, donation may be made to either Autism Spectrum Disorders Manitoba or Alzheimer Society of Manitoba.
