Pauline was one awesome, strong, courageous, beautiful survivor who always did the best she could. Pauline was born in Lowland Manitoba, was a prairie girl at heart spending many years farming and then in the early 1960’s moved with husband and young family to the beautiful Shuswap and Sicamous, BC.
Pauline spent many years in the laundry and housekeeping industry. Over the years she greatly enjoyed bowling, gardening, baking (awesome pies!), needlework and loved ice cream. She also loved road trips and air travel (Mexico, Ukraine and Italy-Vatican). Pauline was also a member of the church choir at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church. She also volunteered with the church catering and Meals on Wheels. She was even chosen as an adopted Gramma by a local student. Pauline spent her last few years at The Good Samaritan Hillside Village in Salmon Arm, BC.
We would like to thank all the wonderful volunteers and staff at Hillside Village for their compassionate care. Pauline loved her family very much and her memory will be cherished forever. Pauline will be missed by all.
