It is with great sadness in our hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Husband, Father and Grandfather, Rudy Boyko.

He passed away at the age of 75 after a lengthy struggle with heart disease.

He leaves to mourn his sudden passing his wife of 53 years Margaret, daughters Sheryl (Mooch), Brenda (Kevin) and son Jeff (Michelle) and his precious grandchildren Michelle (Travis), Melanie, Denée, Danika, Zachary and Eric.

He is predeceased by his parents Peter and Anne and sisters Jean, Madeline and Elvie plus brothers in-law Alex, Walter and Fred.

Dad was born November 28, 1935 in East Selkirk, MB. He married Margaret on September 20, 1958 starting their married life in Selkirk for 3 years before moving to St. Andrews where they resided for 34 years. The last 12 years of his life were spent in Beausejour.

Dad’s career as a bread wrapper spanned from age 16 to retirement in August, 1989. He excelled at carpentry and gardening. His passions in life were his family, especially his grandchildren, and fishing at the cottage.
