Stella Roman

January 15, 1927 to October 16, 2010

Mrs. Stella Roman, aged 83 years, of Beausejour, MB, formerly of Stead, MB, dearly beloved wife of the late Stephen Roman, passed away on Saturday, October 16, 2010 at East Gate Lodge, Beausejour, MB.

She is survived by her daughters Jeannette Roman, Mary Anne (Bill) Shipley and Irene Charette and her son Henry, five grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Stephen.

Divine Liturgy will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 21 at Sts. Peter and Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church , Thalberg, MB. Interment will follow in the parish cemetery. Viewing will be held from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 20 at Sobering Funeral Chapel, 1035 Park Avenue E., Beausejour.

In lieu of flowers, if friends and family so desire, donations may be made to the Health Science Centre Foundation, 800 Sherbrook Street, Winnipeg, MB R3A 9Z9.
